1. Service Description

AI Camp (operated by Dongxing Shuyou Zhijia Lvshe through aicampx.com) provides the following services:

• Online educational courses focused on artificial intelligence tools and applications
• Community discussion forums for registered users
• Premium membership with enhanced features and exclusive content

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of our services at any time with or without prior notice.

2. Account Registration & Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials (email and password)
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• If you discover unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately at admin@aicampx.com
• You may not share, transfer, or lend your account access to any third party
• Accounts found to be shared or used by multiple individuals may be suspended without refund

3. Membership & Payment Terms

3.1 Pricing

Membership prices are listed on our Pricing page. Prices may change with 30 days' notice; changes will apply only to new subscription cycles.

3.2 Payment Processing

• All payments are securely processed through PCI-compliant payment processors (including Paddle and other supported providers)
• We do not store your credit card or payment details — our payment partners handle all sensitive payment information
• By purchasing, you authorize the payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the membership amount
• Payment failures due to expired cards or insufficient funds may result in temporary access suspension
• Each payment provider has its own terms of service; by using a specific provider, you agree to their terms as well

3.3 Subscription & Auto-Renewal

• Monthly ($9.99) and Yearly ($79.99) memberships auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle
• You will be charged automatically 24 hours before your access would otherwise expire
• You may cancel auto-renewal at any time before the renewal date by emailing admin@aicampx.com
• After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current paid period — no prorated refunds for unused time
• Failed renewals result in membership suspension until successful payment or new purchase

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 AI Camp Content

• All course materials, text, images, video, audio, and website design are owned by AI Camp or its content creators
• Content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only
• You may NOT copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display publicly, or commercially exploit any AI Camp content
• Sharing course access, download links, or forum content with third parties is strictly prohibited
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or download course content through unauthorized means violates our terms and applicable law

4.2 User-Generated Content

• By posting content to our forum, you grant AI Camp a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display that content within our service
• You retain ownership of your posts
• You are solely responsible for the content you post and its legality

5. Acceptable Use & Community Guidelines

You agree NOT to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
• Post or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene
• Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party
• Engage in spam, phishing, fraud, or unauthorized advertising
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or infrastructure
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access our services without written authorization

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund, and we may report illegal activity to law enforcement authorities.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

6.1 Educational Content

Our courses and content are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional, financial, legal, or medical advice. Users are responsible for the consequences of applying any information obtained from our services.

6.2 Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues.

6.3 Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Camp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current membership.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or refund, if you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Share or transfer your account access
• Impersonate another person or entity

You may request account deletion at any time by emailing admin@aicampx.com. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed except where retention is legally required.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute:

1. Good-faith negotiation — Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes amicably through direct communication
2. Payment processor mediation — For payment-related disputes, you may escalate through your payment provider (Paddle, Creem, or other supported processors)
3. Governing law — These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to AI Camp operations

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
